Registration

Account registration is required for convenient order placement and payment. Thanks to this, you will not need to re-enter delivery details every time. Registration takes no more than a couple of minutes.

How to register on the website?

  • Go to our website Aiyman.uz.
  • In the upper right corner, click the “Login” button.
  • Enter your phone number and click “Get code”.
  • You will receive an SMS with a 4-digit code; after entering it, you will be redirected to your personal account.
  • Go to “Settings” and fill in your personal data.
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email (optional)
  • Gender
  • Date of birth

Click the “Save” button.

To log out, click your name → Settings → Log out.

Placing an Order

How to order?

  • Add products (medical equipment, dietary supplements, or related goods) to the cart.
  • Check product quantity and details.
  • Click “Checkout”.
  • Select delivery method (pickup or courier).
  • Enter recipient details. A pickup code will be sent to the phone number.
  • Enter promo code if available.
  • Choose payment method.
  • Online payment (Uzcard / Humo)
  • Installment payment
  • Cash or card on delivery

How does order reservation work?

Your order is reserved for 30 minutes. During this time, items are unavailable to others. Complete payment in “My Orders”. If not paid, the order is canceled automatically.

How to edit an order?

Orders are processed quickly, so items cannot be added or removed after placing the order.

  • If you want to order additional items, place them as a separate order.
  • If you want to cancel part of the purchase, simply refuse the unnecessary items upon receipt (please note the return rules for medical equipment and dietary supplements below).

How to cancel a placed order?

You can cancel an order in the system independently only within 5 minutes from the moment it is placed. After this time, cancellation is possible only through customer support in Telegram: [Your Telegram bot/contact].

How long is an order stored?

Orders are stored at Aiyman.uz pick-up points for 8 calendar days from the moment of arrival. If you are unable to collect your order in time, contact support, and we will try to extend the storage period.

Delivery

What delivery methods are available?

  • Delivery to a pick-up point: the cost will be displayed during checkout. Delivery will be free if you place an order for an amount of [Free delivery amount] soums or more.
  • Courier delivery: the standard courier delivery cost is [Cost] soums. For orders of [Free delivery amount] soums or more, we will deliver your order free of charge within the city.

When will the order be delivered?

The delivery date to the pick-up point is displayed during checkout. Couriers deliver orders from [Start time] to [End time]. Large-sized goods may be delivered only by courier.

Changing delivery details:

  • Pick-up point: can only be changed within the first 5 minutes after placing the order via support.
  • Courier address: contact us before 9:00 a.m. on the day of delivery.
  • Phone number: provide updated number to support.

Payment and Installments

Online Payment

You can pay online using Uzcard or Humo cards. Receipt appears in your account.

Payment upon Receipt

Cash or card payment available via courier or pick-up point.

Installments

You can buy goods in installments (3, 6, or 12 months) without a down payment.

  • Select “Installments” at checkout.
  • Fill application form.
  • Passport/ID and selfie verification required.
  • Applicant age: from 20 to 55 years.
  • The phone number on Aiyman.uz must match the number linked to your bank card for SMS notifications.

Order Collection

An order goes through several stages: “Awaiting payment” → “Being prepared” → “In delivery” → “Ready for pickup.”

  • Provide the order number and the pick-up code from the SMS, or show the barcode from your personal account.
  • A passport will be required if:
  • the order is placed in installments;
  • a promo code has been used;
  • the order includes products with age restrictions.

Products: Consultations and Restrictions

Product Consultation

You can find information about the characteristics of medical equipment and the composition of dietary supplements in the product description. To ask a question to the seller, go to the product page and click “Ask the seller.” Please note that the information on the website does not replace consultation with a doctor.

Products with Quantity Limits per Customer

Certain high-demand products or products with special discounts may be subject to quantity limits (for example, no more than 2 items per order). This information is indicated on the product page.

Product Return (Important for Medical Category!)

Return of Goods of Proper Quality (No Defects)

Please note the strict legal restrictions! According to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the following goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange (even if the packaging has not been opened):

  • Goods for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (medical equipment, devices, orthopedic products);
  • Medicinal products and dietary supplements;
  • Sanitary, personal hygiene, and childcare items;
  • Perfumery and cosmetic products;
  • Items that come into contact with food products.

You may refuse such goods only at the moment of receipt if you changed your mind before taking the order.

For other categories of goods (not included in the list above), return is possible within 10 days, provided that the original condition and seals are preserved.

Return of Goods WITH QUALITY CLAIM (Manufacturing Defect)

If a medical device or other product turns out to be defective:

  • Claims are accepted within the warranty period (or within 6 months if the warranty period is not established).
  • Bring the product to a pick-up point. It will be transferred to the Seller/service center for diagnostics.
  • If the defect is confirmed, the Seller will repair, replace, or refund within 20 days.

Incorrect Item / Damage During Delivery

Claims are accepted within 7 days after receipt. Send product photos, packaging barcode, and order number to support. We recommend checking items at the time of delivery.

Refunds

  • Online payment: refund within 24 hours.
  • Installment: limit restored after recalculation.
  • Cash: refund at cash desk same day.
  • Card via terminal: up to 10 days.

Delivery by the Seller

  • Large equipment may be delivered by Seller.
  • Not available for pick-up points.
  • Seller contacts you directly.
  • Advance payment required.
  • Returns handled with Seller.
