User Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019, as well as in compliance with the requirements of the Privacy Policy. The Policy regulates the procedure for the collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data of users and website visitors (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), adopted by [Your organizational-legal form and name, for example: IE LLC “AIYMAN”] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), developed and approved for the purpose of ensuring the security and protection of confidential data, and applies to all information that the Company may obtain about the Buyer and/or the Seller on the Aiyman.uz website (hereinafter referred to as the “Marketplace”) from any device and during communication with the Company in any form.

1.2. This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement and the Agreement with Sellers. By accepting (making acceptance of the offer) or signing one of such documents, the respective Buyer and/or Seller expresses their unconditional consent to the processing of all information defined below as Confidential Information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

• Automated processing of Confidential Information – processing of confidential information using computer technology.

• Confidential Information – information, including personal data, for which, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and (or) internal documents of the Company, the preservation of confidentiality properties is ensured.
• Marketplace – a website located on the Internet at Aiyman.uz, providing access to the Company’s database. The database is an information and reference system containing information about goods (medical equipment, dietary supplements, and other health-related products) intended for potential buyers.
• Processing of Confidential Information – any action (operation) or a set of actions performed using automation tools or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
• Personal Data (PD) – information recorded on electronic, paper, and (or) other material carriers relating to an identified individual or enabling their identification.
• Buyer – an individual with legal capacity who purchases Goods from the Seller remotely via the Marketplace.
• Seller – an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity engaged in the sale of goods through the Marketplace.

3. Subject of Regulation

3.1. This Policy applies to all Confidential Information that the Company may receive from the Buyer and/or the Seller in the course of their interaction with the Marketplace.

3.2. By using the Marketplace and providing their personal data, the Buyer and/or the Seller gives their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy. Considering the specifics of the Marketplace (health-related products), the Company pays special attention to the protection of Buyers’ order history.

3.3. The Company has the right to transfer personal data in accordance with the terms of this Policy and in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Data Processing

4.1. The Confidential Information processed by the Company may vary depending on whether the Buyer and/or the Seller uses a personal account to access the Marketplace.

4.2. Buyer’s Data:

• Full name
• Gender
• Mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Delivery address
• Passport/ID card details (requested only in cases of installment purchases through Marketplace partners or when purchasing goods with strict age restrictions)

4.3. Seller’s Data:

• Name of the legal entity / individual entrepreneur
• TIN
• Bank details
• Legal and postal addresses
• Full name and contact details of the Seller’s representatives
• Information about the goods offered for sale and sales history

4.4. Automatic Data:

• Order status and composition
• Purchase history and records of обращения to customer support

5. “Cookies” Technologies

5.1. When visiting the Marketplace, anonymized statistical data about visitors is automatically collected from Cookies files, including:

• type of action performed (click, view)
• date and time of the action
• IP address and browser information
• data about viewed products (names, prices, page navigation)
• facts of filling out forms on the website

5.2. By using the Marketplace, the Buyer/Seller agrees that the Company may use this data for analytics and improving the operation of the website.

5.3. The user may independently manage Cookies by changing browser settings; however, blocking Cookies may lead to improper functioning of the Marketplace features (for example, the shopping cart).

6. Purposes of Collection and Processing of Confidential Information

6.1. The Company processes data exclusively for the purposes for which they were provided, namely:

• providing access to the Personal Account on the Aiyman.uz website
• processing, placing, and delivery of orders
• organization of payment acceptance
• establishing feedback (notifications, requests, customer support services)
• prevention of fraud and ensuring payment security
• sending advertising and informational materials (subject to consent)
• improving user experience and technical support of the Website

6.2. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing, the provided data shall be subject to destruction or anonymization in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

7. Duration of Processing of Confidential Information

7.1. Consent to the processing of data remains valid for the entire period necessary for the Company to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the User withdraws such consent.

7.2. The Buyer and/or the Seller has the right at any time to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data by sending a written request to the address: [Your legal address] or to the email address [Your email, for example, privacy@aiyman.uz].

8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, and Transfer of Information

8.1. The Company applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, including:

• We never ask for P2P transfers.
• Use only official payment methods.
• Avoid fake giveaways.
• Report fraud immediately.

8.2. The Company has the right to transfer the Buyer’s personal data (full name, address, phone number) to the Seller strictly to the extent necessary for the Seller to fulfill obligations for the delivery of the Goods (especially in cases where delivery is carried out by the Seller under the DBS scheme).

8.3. For the provision of delivery services and payment processing, the Company may engage third parties (courier services, payment systems). Access of such parties to the data is limited to the scope necessary for the provision of the specific service.

8.4. The Company has the right to transfer data to law enforcement and regulatory authorities exclusively in cases предусмотренные by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Rights of the Owner of Confidential Information

9.1. The Buyer and the Seller have the right to:

• independently make changes and additions to their data in the Personal Account on the Aiyman.uz website
• delete their personal data (deletion of the Personal Account may result in the inability to place orders)
• be informed about the existence of their personal data held by the Company and receive information about its processing
• request temporary suspension of data processing if the data is outdated or inaccurate
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
• apply to authorized state bodies regarding the protection of their rights

10. Final Provisions

10.1. The Company has the right to make amendments to this Policy as necessary, including in the event of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personal data protection.

10.2. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Aiyman.uz website. By continuing to use the website, the User confirms their consent to the introduced amendments.
